Accommodation

Housing, for the duration of the conference, will be arranged by the staff of the Cargese Institute (IESC) following, as much as possible, your preferences.

Housing is available at the Institute and in the village within walking distance (20 minutes) from the Insitute. Most of the participants will be hosted in rooms at the Institute or shared appartments, from studio to 3 bedrooms, in the village. Note that many of the rooms at the Institute are double rooms to be shared. There is also the possibility to stay in an hotel in the village. 

Lunches will be provided at the Institute, as well as breakfast for those sleeping there. The total "local" cost  is about 250 EUR  for a shared room or appartment. This amount includes lunches, a welcome cocktail and the conference dinner.

We ask you to fill the following form to inform us about your travel plans and housing preferences. Please use the Specific Requests entry at the end of the form to tell us  if you would like to share a room or an appartment with specific participant(s).
